Refund Policy

•    We put a lot of love and care into crafting your Simply Modest dupattas and Khimars, and your satisfaction means the world to us!
•    Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video! 
•    All we ask is that you drop us an email (simplymodest25@gmail.com) along with a photo & unboxing video or whatsapp us on +91 9105991234 of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
•    We'll guide you through the next steps. 
Once approved, simply courier the product back to us. Refunds are processed after we receive the returned item.
An Additional shipping fees or restocking fees my apply if applicable

Please note, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than defects or wrong products. 
Forced returns are NOT accepted and are non-refundable.
Note: It takes 2-3 working days to process the refund, and 5-7 working days to get the refund credited into your account.
